Villa Stina -your stone heaven
Welcome to our Villa Stina, brand new stone villa with private swimming pool. We built this house in 2016. after more than 2 years. We had a dream to build something that will be different than anything around, to build it using only best materials, traditional style and most important; to build it with traditionan, local and carved stone. Each stone block in this villa is hand carved by owner Dragan, same goes for wooden beams inside and outside of the house. We understand people don’t search just for accomodation but for experience, so we tried to mix tradition and luxury style inside of the house with just enough wood and stone balance. Villa is located at very quiet street as a last house in the street. Villa has beautiful sea view and private path to the beach, which is 20 meters from the pool and villa.Villa has 3 large bedrooms for up to 6 people. All bedrooms have double beds. It is also possible to make a bed exapnding a couch in the living room and host two more people, so 8 in total. Beside 3 bedrooms, villa has 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with safe, smart tv and pleanty of light. Next to the living room is big and fully equipped kitchen and big dining table for 6 people. If that is not enough for you we have built barbecue outside of the house, so you can prepare and eat your meals at outside terrace with big table for 6 as well.
We always rent Villa as a single unit, that means you have your own privacy everytime.
Villa has free wifi network, private parking space, air condition, deck chairs, sun shades, towels and linen provided for all of our guests. But beside all these important things, we are 24/7 available for you. Every guest will get our private phone number as soon as he book the place, so you can rely on us before, during and after your stay with us.
